The Würfel-Mosaik App is based on classic childrens games popular in Germany, Switzerland and the USA – a box of simple coloured wooden cubes arranged to create geometric patterns. Drag and drop the variety of coloured squares on to a mosaik board and create striking patterns, from simple compositions to complex symmetrical arrangements. Then flip the board over to reveal a different pattern on the reverse. Save and share your creations with friends via Facebook, Twitter, and Mail, or save to Photos.

Würfel-Mosaik (Mosaic Cubes, or Colour Cubes) is a great learning tool for children, helping develop a feel for colour, composition, contrast, and an affinity for symmetry, as well a simple but sophisticated creative challenge for adults.

Create with four different play options:

- MINI: Build simple mosaics in the classic primary colour variations of red, white, blue and yellow, on a 16-square board. Drag, drop and rotate colour tiles to complete your mosaic board, then flip the board to reveal the reverse pattern. Save your mosaics in your own gallery and share with friends.

- KLASSIK: Start constructing more intricate 100-piece mosaics in classic primary colours.

- ALPHA: Build letters and numbers in to your mosaics with the black and white version of Würfel-Mosaik. Write messages in your mosaics and share with friends.

- DELUXE: Maximise your creativity by customising your Würfel-Mosaik. Alter the size of the board - from 16 squares to 400 squares on the iPad - and then choose your own set of colours with a custom colour-picker. Incorporate letters and numbers in to your colour compositions.
